We strongly recommend you reserve your room now as availability is limited and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the room block fills prior to
Monday, January 10, 2022, the hotel reserves the right to increase room rates. The discounted rate at the venue may be available for Walden students if you choose to extend your stay prior to and/or after the event. However, the discounted rate is subject to sleeping room availability at the venue.
All hotel reservations will require a credit card and a deposit payment for one (1) room night to confirm. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than three (3) working days prior to arrival.
If you choose to stay at a different hotel, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the daily sessions.
Please be aware that many hotels have policies regarding the use of debit cards. Should you choose to use your debit card, funds utilized for room, tax, incidentals, and deposits will be withheld and deducted from your checking account balance. Contact the hotel directly for more details.
