Our Summer Virtual NFM will reinforce and emphasize kindness, wellbeing, and connection, which are strengths and values held by Walden faculty and staff.
On Tuesday, July 14, wherever you are, we invite you to a virtual wellness walk. Share your #WaldenNFM sunrise selfies on your social media channel of choice or within the Virtual NFM app. Walk along with a MyFaculty Podcast episode created just for the event. Start your day knowing you are a part of a larger community of colleagues sharing in a walk, a jog, or a moment of reflection and wellbeing.
On Wednesday and Thursday morning, you can to choose one or more 30-minute sessions during a 90-minute time block:
- Topic-centered coffee breaks are open-forum discussions that will allow you to network with your colleagues around topics of interest.
- Leader-led coffee breaks are chat sessions with a member of Walden's leadership.
- Wellness sessions provide an outlet for exercise and/or restoration. They will vary between both mental and physical activities.
