Meals are not included in your event fee and no meals will be provided. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided in each group’s meeting room each full day of sessions. In addition, the schedule of sessions is staggered by group for optimal traffic flow and spatial distance during session and lunch breaks.
You may pack non-perishable food items or visit a local grocery or convenience store upon arrival to reduce dining expenses. The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis provides a mini-fridge in each sleeping room and a microwave on the 6th floow outside of the gym. Guests booked insides the Walden room block can take advantage of these amenities.
If you choose to dine in the event venue establishments and/or select nearby, non-fast-food options, you should budget approximately $15-$25 (plus tax and tip) per meal for dining expenses. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. Onsite
